It looks like another winter is almost over and we are seeing signs that spring will arrive later this month! Clocks changing and longer days bring an extra pep to our step!
Winter has been tough for many. It is hard to move enough when days are short and the wind blows cold. Often, by March, we see prople more stiff and sore that other times of year when they come in for their regular adjustments. This year seems a bit more than normal. Despite the relatively mild winter, restricted activities have taken an extra toll on our moving around this year. It is hard to stay active when we are staying home so much!
As the ice melts and the evenings are brighter, let's take advantage of this time to get moving. Get outside for a walk or a bike ride!
